The Bell House is yet again home to a spectacle of culinary invention. We had an awesome time at the Brooklyn Beer Experiment and apparently Nick and Theo have a direct line into our food desires because that was followed up by the Cheese Experiment and now the Chocolate Experiment.
The venue will be packed with eager tasters there to sample the creations of amateur chefs concocting sweet and savory chocolate creations as well as chocolate-themed drinks. Judges include New York food celebrities like Ben Van Leeuwen of Van Leeuwen Ice Cream, Andrew Knowlton, restaurant editor at Bon Appetit Magazine and Iron Chef America judge, and Nick Fauchald, Editor-in-Chief of TastingTable.com.
The event will take place this Sunday with doors opening at 1 p.m. Tickets are $20 online plus a $4 service charge. Though you can technically buy tickets at the door, we’d recommend against it. The beer experiment was sold out far in advance and we can only imagine the chocolate experiment will go even faster. Bring on the sweets!
