Been dying to try this nouveau American haven of haute cuisine? The prices might normally seem prohibitively high if you’re not a member of the jet set but, in honor of the restaurant’s seventh year, chef Alexandra Guarnaschelli has paired with Zagat to offer a special four-course tasting menu, complete with cocktails/wine and a kitchen tour given by the chef herself for a mere $65. On a regular day, a tasting menu with wine pairings would set you back $130, so tomorrow’s deal is a relative steal.
You’ll want to make your reservations for the dinner ASAP as it’s only being offered tomorrow night and the early seating is already full. Zagat promises the menu will include popular offerings such as cavatappi pasta with spicy lamb sausage, housemade charcuterie, and a pea salad with homemade ricotta and mint. More information on the event can be viewed on their Zagat Presents page.
